A floral dress from the 1980s with shoulder pads. In great condition. Measurements: 16 inches pit to pit, 13.5 inches shoulder, 10 inches sleeve length, 15.5 inches waist across (waist size 31 inches, stretched to 35 inches), and 51 inches in length.
